Privacy Policy
Lessons Invoicing, Inc. provides the Lessons Invoicing apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android, and the website at lessonsinvoicing.com. The apps are for instructors. Terms used here have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
Lesson and client records stay on your phone. On iPhone and iPad, those records can sync through your iCloud account, and the app backs up its database to Firebase. The Android app keeps records on the phone only.
What we receive
When you send an invoice, that email goes through our server to Postmark. Feedback comes to us through Resend.
On iPhone and iPad, subscriptions are handled by Apple, and RevenueCat receives subscription status. If you allow notifications, we store a push token in Firebase. The Android app has no in-app purchases and no push notifications.
Analytics
The apps use Mixpanel for product analytics and Sentry for crash and error reports. Session replay can include text and images that were on screen.
The iPhone and iPad app also uses Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, Meta, and Statsig. If you allow tracking, those tools can use the advertising identifier. The Android app does not include Firebase, AppsFlyer, Meta, Statsig, or RevenueCat.
The website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics. Those tools use cookies and receive the pages you view.
Deletion
Uninstalling the app deletes records stored only on that phone. On iPhone and iPad, a copy can remain in your iCloud account and in our Firebase backup until you delete it or ask us to. Email lessons@tomredman.ca to ask us to delete personal information we hold.
